I have built a BOC file combining 2 models and Gomboc sends an error message. Are there too many channels in my model? If so, is there a way to control the maximum number of channels in a model?

There is no limit to the number of channels in a Gomboc model.
However, for performance reasons, there is a limited number of channels (2000) that can be displayed in the ‘Results’ window.
In your case, you have probably exceeded this limit. Disabling the SQLite results model will solve your issue. Please note that the ‘Results’ window will disappear from the GUI.
